This file was uploaded to lb-wiki with a statement that it it is uploaded with permission of the photographer etc. If possible a permission should be sent to the OTRS system (click here for more info).

Please notice that lb-wiki did not use OTRS at the time the file was uploaded. So per Commons:Commons:Grandfathered old files the file should be grandfathered, rather than just to delete it.

OTRS was first mentioned in lb-wiki in June 2011. This template should not be added to files uploaded after that date.

As a minimum uploader should be asked and make a formal statement that he/she got an explicit license but that it is no longer possible to get a written permission.
